How the personal data of visitors to art-writer.com is processed and protected.

• technical information recorded automatically at the moment the form is submitted: your IP address and the date/time of submission — these are stored in the email received by the Operator to confirm the fact of your enquiry and the consent you have given.

The website does not collect special categories of personal data and does not use automated decision-making. Cookies are used only to the minimal extent necessary for the technical operation of the website.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed solely in order to:

• reply to your enquiry sent through the contact form;
• discuss possible collaboration (writing books and articles, reviewing and other services);
• confirm the fact of your enquiry and the consent you have given (IP address and time of submission).

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the contact form. The form cannot be submitted without consent. The fact of consent is recorded together with the date, time of submission and IP address.

5. Processing and storage procedure

Personal data is processed by the Operator personally, without transfer to third parties. The data is not published, sold or passed on for marketing purposes. Messages sent through the form arrive at the Operator’s email address and are stored until the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, after which they are deleted.

Data may be disclosed only in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• request information about which of your data is being processed;
• demand that your data be corrected, blocked or deleted;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
